Has anyone seen any new or updated info on when some of the older reputations will become account wide? BfA for example, Legion, whatever?
I have a few things I’d like to get on characters that didn’t do those expansion significantly even though many of my other characters did, so sharing the reps would be very handy.
Idk. I can see a problem with that being the old quests aren’t coded to replace the rep rewards with something else if you’ve already done them on your account. /shrug
I’m pretty sure Ion DID say something about making older reps account-wide in future patches, during Blizzcon, but I think he wanted us all to forget about that because I haven’t seen a speck of news on it since.
So far, we’ve received one legacy expansion per season.
I would not be surprised if the pace increases enough to make Legion account-wide in time for Legion Remix. I also won’t be surprised if they temporarily skip Battle for Azeroth and go straight to Legion for Remix.
The current pace is about what I expected. Warbands are less than a year old, and we have 2 legacy expansions of account-wide rep. If they keep the current pace, we’ll probably have 3-4 legacy expansions of account-wide rep by the end of the year.
It was a reasonable question and not any sort of rant or demand - I simply asked if there had been any news on the older ones since I don’t catch every piece of news that comes out.
But thank you for your input and I’m terribly sorry if my post is a problem.
The General Discussion forum is here to discuss game issues. As long as I don’t break any rules there is zero wrong with making a post seeking information about the game. Blizzard even suggests coming here to do just that.
Please take you pedantry and superior attitude elsewhere.
I like this sentence. You’re doing exactly what you’re telling someone else to do.
It’s not my fault your internal voice reads everything as conflict and negative.
I thought my redundancy and ridiculous suggestions for how to go about doing it “correctly” were obvious enough. Clearly not.
Maybe it was above your gnomish head. - That’s a height joke - not a mental capacity joke. - the mental capacity joke is letting you know it was a height joke.
I asked a fairly simple question. Rather than offering any info you felt the need to be didactic.
Oh its perfectly obvious. Why suggest it at all? If you don’t have anything supportive or friendly or helpful to add, just don’t comment at all. Isn’t that better than a putdown? And yes, that’s not a height joke.
Edit: Oh, and if it was meant to be silly or sarcastic or any of those types of thing that rely heavily on tone of voice, it went right over my short head.
