I mean, they only give a limited amount of time to play. On top of which, once you get so overpowered, nothing really matters. You either make a new character or just spam the same raids or dungeons over and over to get bronze to buy all the mogs, mounts, companions, or toys.
Even the pandaria ran out of content pretty quick once you could solo heroics. On that front, it wouldn’t matter which expansion they pick. It’ll run out of content in the first 10-15 days.

I wouldnt see a point in m+ since gear doesnt really mean anything in the remix. You get a cap ilvl piece and shove gems in it. You really wouldnt have to push past that.
A warcraft 2 remaster might be cool. Any teasers for what might come with WoW extra stuff might be cool, too. I’ll keep my hopes low, though lol. 20 years later and I learned to maintain low expectations with Blizzard.

Honestly, im shocked they did cataclysm since that altered the map into what we have now. I guess it’s just easier to say they played it smart by making vanilla its own separate game with the option to play higher.
I guess it depends on if they decide to actually fix any of it’s previous problems, or just let it ride and hope for different results lol.
I would love for them just to skip it and go to legion classic lol, I’d play the hell out of an improved legion
Be a lot cooler if they allowed access to all previous expansions individually while allowing all mounts to cross over to the retail game. Then they could make all of the remix battles irrelevant lol.

And I think they worry about player counts if they leave each classic server open, too much spread
They could add CMs back in that people could steamroll. Considering it was 1 char per set of dungeon for mog, that would be something to do outside of raid or achievements.
They could even retint the gear if they didn’t want to give the original tint out.
That was mop, cms in wod rewarded weapon transmog, and if they didn’t give the mop ones, they aren’t giving the wod ones lol
Well, weapon mogs then. They could add a bunch of weapon recolors to it.

That’s a fair argument. All those servers to different expansions. Some would definitely go practically unplayed.
The only reason I see something happening is because the CM phoenixes were supposed to be exclusive to doing CMs and yet Blizzard offered a recolor of this mount in MOP remix.
