Any News on the Next Remix?

Wod had less raids and more recolored mounts. I really don’t think most people would prefer wod for remix

It’s more of a second chance for things people didn’t previously get, or new players didn’t get to experience. While there was a lot to be desired about the expansion, there’s still plenty of reason to make it a remix.

As i said, legion would be a solid option, as well. It’s just a personal interest that I have to see WoD be the remix. Likely or not, it doesn’t seem anyone really knows yet, but discussions like this really help guide the options and bring Blizz to a definitive conclusion.

Hoping for Legion, as it’s my second favorite expansion. Not sure how that would work with class halls and class mounts etc, but I’d be down for it.

I also hope they do a little extra like, sell pets and regular weapons. Also wouldn’t mind more unique recolors, or Infinite dragon colors for mounts, pets, transmog and weapons.

I wouldn’t expect any news on a remix until a 11.1.7 or even 11.2.7 (if there is one).

Like what? What can you not get now? It has 2 mounts that are rare drops

It doesn’t really have anything special

What couldn’t you get previously that you could from the MoP remix? Everything obtainable in Pandaria now was obtainable in the remix. It’s not just about the rewards. It’s about re-experiencing a past expansion while giving an opportunity for some extra mount skins, titles, and transmogs, all to their retail accounts, rather than a classic account.

We’re heavily derailing from the primary point. I initiated this post as a question, not an arguement over what each expansion could provide if made into a remix. Each could give plenty, if not just a chance to buy each rare raid or random drop mount that people are still trying to get years later.

I just argue that wod provides very little and people don’t really look back on it fondly like mop or legion

Plus what would be the bonus? Legion could have ample genders in every slot or something

You will have to wait untill this current expansion cycle is about to end, so mid Season 4 TWW.

Eh, they could easily say something on Wednesday

Also didn’t remix start with season 4, just a week after patch, so by on your argument it’d be mid season 3

Why would something like that be announced in 2 days when it was clear the Remix Pandaland was to keep people somewhat entertained on the last stretch of an expansion ? we’re mid S1.

Cause it’s a big stream event on Wednesday and teasing it for after plunderstorm could easily be done

lol no, slow down, if anything we will be getting Plunderstorm 2.0 info. since its an already confirmed event.

Isn’t the thing on Wednesday for Warcraft 3’s 30 year anniversary? I doubt anything too crazy would be announced for World of Warcraft for that.

It’s a big event, perfect time to tease it, specially since a lot of people are waiting for ti

It’s also wows 20th, it’s big for the whole franchise

It’s going to be Legion remix, with the (mic drop) mage tower original items thrown in.

Only

To be removed from the event in fear of backlash from players. Which, I have my legion mage tower stuff. All but my demon hunter, which does bug me that I did not bother with that.

I think they’ve already undersold the 20 year anniversary lol. I won’t say i expected a lot, but they really undershot it for being a 20 year anniversary. Most companies would give their right arm to keep a game as relevant as WoW for 20 years. They should have got way crazier with it.

Honestly I wouldn’t mind this. I missed a lot of WoD and would really like the chance to go back and grind that out. Legion would also be pretty good. I know it’s relatively new, but having another go at the mage tower artifact skins would be sweet.

To me, the smart plays would be legion or WoD with the latter making a fair bit of sense; the greatest weakness of warlords was that it had a content drought that killed the player base but that wouldn’t be an issue in remix since it’s like, a 5 month dip.
