It doesn’t seem to make much sense but SOME of the sets mog, like the S2 Shadowlands set, the ruthless set has no class restriction and it doesn’t mog - many other items I have have no specification of being shaman specific but simply don’t mog. Unlock all of the items.

Yeah, it’s weird that there are mail sets that specify a restriction to hunter and shaman. There’s some stuff i wanted from legion that’s also locked behind this barrier for no reason.
