Hey there I’m wondering if there’re any LGBT+ Inclusive(not exclusive) servers or companies in the NA region that are currently around in this game.
Ones that practice 0 discrimination policy towards its members of all backgrounds.
Would like to join one that has likeminded and accepting individuals to play with and make friends.

Lucky for you, absolutely no guild, server, or company openly advertises themselves as LGBTQ Exclusive, so you have your pick of the litter!
You can rest comfortable in the knowledge that the overwhelming majority of players will accept you for who you are because they are not the ones that have to sleep with you.
Moonguard is actually not the worst thing in the world like everyone says, you just have to leave Goldshire and actually talk to people.

I will venture to say it would be nigh impossible to find one unless we are talking very small in size. That said, it does not mean you will not find one that openly accepts all people even if a few members make inappropriate jokes here and there. From what I have seen over the years, plenty will not ask and do not care. Just know that means they usually do not reprimand members for making pg-13 level jokes or 1 liners that would be likely unfavorable to someone of the LGBT+ community. As long as it is not vicious or continuous most guilds let insensitive comments slide.

Why do ya gotta segregate yourself away from others? Just join a guild of people who just be normal and are nice people, regardless of their gender, creed, or whatever.
Highly doubt there are guilds out there that do a weekly Bible reading and have a hate-on for the LGBT+ community.
If you’re down for some roleplaying as an explorer or archaeologist, my guild is good to be in, awesomely nice people too! 
Unfortunately OP, you’re not going to find any good advice here. There’s a lot of phobes in this thread that will give you bad information intentionally. I’d recommend looking at the guild finder tool and the server realm forums.

I’ll only respond to this because u seem genuine. And i used to think like u but sometimes people get awkward around u when they hear ur voice or when u say certain things( like periodt or our slang.) And then it becomes hostile and ur either called a slur or just kicked. 
I gave up and most lgbtq+ people also prob gave up. Thats why we dominate 2 servers rn. Proudmoore and stormrage a lil ( also moonguard/wyrmrest accord.)
We’re still genuine people at the end of the day.

If you’re cool with me being an awkward 90’s kid who feels like he is a caveman thawed into a culture not of his own, then I’m cool with you is all I’m saying.
I know a handful of people are hateful, but I can guarantee people on Moon Guard aren’t that bad, I mean, if you avoid the Quarantine Zone that is.

Have you ever noticed that 420 friendly people seem to only be able to talk about 420, all the time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and want everyone they come into contact to know about it? Annoying, isn’t it?

Real Talk: In 2022 nobody really cares. I’m guessing that’s the problem though.
Gonno depend on whether the guild advertises themselves as such. But in my experience, most guilds that label themselves “mature” is pretty much good enough because they won’t want drama. So I’m not sure if you’ll fit in OP given how you like to make dramatic threads every other day.
