I’m trying to get a PvP night going in the near future, so you could help us organize that if you wanted! 
Haven’t seen that one before til yesterday. Caught several of them trying to camp the boat to Theramore. Killed em then MC’d them over the side after the rez so they die of fatigue and could no longer camp the boat.
How long have they been around?
They are a horde transfer guild. They’ve been around for a week or two.
