I mostly love it because of the text though and how everything is saved there so I can find answers to questions
yea wreath on it’s own isnt bad. I think it just goes bad when you have inferno debuff while you have wreath at the same time. It is very taxing for healers. I always tell dps to use defensive at that point

I mean, that’s kind of the nature of the internet, there will be servers/sites where it’s just a waste dump, as well servers/sites that are good. It comes down to who’s running the proverbial show, and not the proverbial platform the show is being runned on. (or the VC program if you will)

My guild uses it for things like raids or groups doing mythic+ but most the day to day guild activity takes place in guild chat or the community chat. It is required for raiding, while not having a mic is “ok” you need to at least be able to listen to it for raid call outs and such.
That’s the thing: most guilds use it because it’s just the best tool for a specific use case.

Definitely. My experiences with both Reddit and Discord have been unpleasant.
Im VERY reactive to any kind of negative stimuli. I am fully aware of that fact and Im trying to learn to keep MY end of things as peaceable as possible.
Its why I just started blocking the trolls in here after a caution to them about their stalking behavior trying to keep something going that there isnt any point in continuing in.
Someone i enjoyed their posts in here made a discord a while back. I went over with some other members here. Within a week the obnoxio’s we were over there trying to escape showed up and started their same foaming there that they were pulling here.
Just not interested, to be honest.
If you and I were playing in game, Id personally just prefer we make a cell call and hit the loud speaker, honestly. Just easier and less chance of a hassle
…Well, it would be a hassle to me because i’m a headphone user, and last time i check, my crappy phone doesn’t have a USB 2.0 slot.

It’s just a platform that doesn’t create any content of its own. Everything you see there is user generated, so if you’re seeing some stuff you don’t like, ask yourself about what users you are associating with.

Not sure why you’re resisting OP. I even got my mother to join, we have a family Discord, so we can easily talk and share images.
