I opened a ticket last year when they did the realm merge with Khadgar and it caused all my guild tabs to become empty as well as some of the characters in my guild to get booted out and loose their exalted rep.
Last time i tried to reopen the ticket it had been archived so I had to open a new one but it ended up being marked resolved and that they had sent my records to the dev team, but here I am now six months later and no resolution. Their original excuse was they were working on getting the xpac launched but that’s come obviously, so I’m curious if anyone else is still in this same predicament.
