I just find the current guild UI to be pretty atrocious and wondered if there were any decent add-ons that allows you to modify how it looks or maybe even revert to the one used in classic.
I looked on CurseForge and couldn’t seem to find anything so idk if it’s just something you can’t change or if I didn’t look in the right place.
Any advice or suggestions?
Nothing directly UI related that I use, but I’m sure something like elvui that revamps the entire interface would have options for it.
I do use GRM (guild roster manager) though, which lets you build a more complete database on your guild members along with an extra popup screen when you hover over someone in the interface. It also allows macros to make general management of a large guild easier. Makes life a breeze with kicking or demoting inactives, or promoting people who reach a certain threshold.
As to reverting it to the old ui from days past, there’s no need for a work around. There’s a little known fact that that menu is still in the game, it was just removed from a hotkey. If you type in /groster, it will bring up the old style guild menu. If you want to use that exclusively, you could always macro that and set it to a replace the keybind for the default guild menu.
