Can we please get some answers blizzard on what is going on or what is being done to fix this issue. There is no phone system and no live chat function for this issue how am i supposed to get support for this if there is no one to support me and you guys wont answer here. Are we all just SOL until you magically fix it?

When widespread connection issues like this occur, we like to collect data and reports in a single centralized place. For the current issue, that would be here:

Once there is information to share we will post an update in that thread. We tend to not post once every X amount of minutes just to say “Yep, we’re still working on it”, but rather we try to post when we have meaningful information to share.
