I mean more along the lines of hairstyles, ear resizing, eyebrow control, less the amulets and jewelry.
Would be great to finally play my character as a half elf using short eared velf model than human.

I think the only controversial thing is the hair colors.

I don’t believe they’ve gotten anything except skin tones so far. I wouldn’t be surprised if we see a bit more cross-pollination of options for reskin races though, leaving aside the whole “hair color issue”.
No, people don’t want other people to continue getting blood elf customization. Blood elves are on the list of lowest received customizations and the void elf player base just keeps wanting to take more and more of the things we’re getting instead of asking for things unique to them. And I think that’s a valid complaint.

I hope so, if for no other reason than it might raise the chance that LFD might get tail sizes like normal Draenei.

Ear size and eyebrows isn’t the issue. It’s wanting to copy the jewelry and hair colors that’s a problem. All blood elves got was flippin’ jewelry, three hair styles, three hair colors, and that was it. The fact people are now asking for even more of what the blood elves got when all they got was some bracelets, necklaces, and earrings feels bad.

I thought the OP had said jewelry and amulets included. If that wasn’t the case, then whatever. Doesn’t matter.
Edit: Also, nothing I’m doing is raging. I am calmly explaining my point. If you cannot understand that, then do not speak to me. Quite simple. And I was speaking to someone other than the OP. My point of discussion wasn’t even with the OP, and that can be verified.

I think every race should have more customization options, personally. I’d love it if blood elves got as much as orcs or humans did, especially the males who don’t eve have a lot of the female options last I checked.
