I just came back after a break and I can’t believe we still have only the belt and shoulders showing in our dragon forms. It’s actually the worst of both worlds. Either have nothing show or everything.
Also, how is soar still so bad?

I’d be more concerned over why dracthyr are built like Jar-Jar Binks.
And yeah, having to fly on a dragon, while having wings sprouting from your back, looks incredibly dumb. No good reason soar can’t be used as regular dr.

Honestly, they could be updated to look a little closer to dragons, but thats a pipe dream. I at least want to be able to transmog my elf form.

This is Blizzard. We’ll be lucky to get glyphs in 5 years, let alone ever be treated like an equal class/race for transmog purposes, or get an easy W in changing Soar into a normal dragonriding option.
Yes that’s a pipe dream at this point.
I think they didn’t get the model quite right, too much lizard and not enough dragon.
The transmog thing it’s completely dumb but at least they can fix it, probably with 11.0 at this point.

Honestly at this point I’d rather they just buff Chosen Identity and let me be in humanoid form the whole time.
It would at least give us access to transmog and make me feel /somewhat/ justified in hopping on my dragon mount as a human instead of, ya’know, a dragon on a dragon.
At this point I’ll take anything. It blows my mind that theyre still ignoring this.

Remove this dragon form, give us a “human looking dragon form” …BAM fixed the transmog problem. Not being able to transmog is a HUGE problem.
They’re never going to do this.
My guess is that the body type selection complicates the model, as it would require adjusting all the additional meshes as well.
But even just displaying plastered-on textures would be a massive improvement for colour coordination. Just make it a checkbox on the Dracthyr form or something.
They could also easily add more colors to dragon, there is not a really dark black for example.
Or let you customize the barber shop armor color piece by piece.

A fix implies that it’s broken and not an intended feature. Someone was proud of it.
A few more armour types and the ability to select primary and secondary colours could go a long way.
Yes, funny how they added a ton of new druid forms for this patch but nothing for Evokers.

transmog is huge. cosmetics are huge. just let us stay in elf form. every time trading post comes around i am reminded that as an evoker there’s nothing for me to be excited for.
