Any Belf DH out there that have Draenor and/or Northred engineering?

I made a level 110 trial DH. I played him a little and decided to boost him. He’s a Havok spec. I went around to the differnt trainers and was able to get started on the basics you can learn from the start. Also Cataclysm, Pandaria, Zandalari, Legion, & Outland. But for some unknown reason I can’t get them to teach me Draenor or Northrend engineering. I’v searched online and I’ve gone to the right places but they just say I already have it learned but I don’t.
I also just made a level 98 Belf DH who is now level 101 and he is having the same problems with Draenor & Northrend.
I have spoken to the right people but they wont offer to train me saying I already know it. I even tried buying the manuals that allow you to re-learn what you lost when you changed spec. Was just a thought but it didn’t work. Said “That spell is already known.” Spell? Really? It’s not a spell you twit.

Any Belf DH out there WITH Draenor and/or Northrend engineering?

From memory, WoD was linked to the engineering hut in the garrison, and also having an instance drop furthering your plans.

Neither of my characters has a garrison recall stone. Google says your supposed to talk to a guy in Warspear. He tells me nothing new that others have already told me. Same thing with the human in Dalaran.

i think as DH you can’t have Garriosn. Garrison were implemented before DH introduction.

I cant remember if I had used the port from timeless isle, or ran the regular quest system, but it’s definitely running a garrison on my DH. As for starting quests: Try going to Blasted Lands. There may be a quest to pick up in front of the portal, if my memory serves me correctly.
