Doing the typical horde on pvp and ally on a pve server and mankrik is an option for me. So I gotta ask, any other alliance players rolling Mankrik or is IF gonna be a ghost town?
All pve servers will be a ghost town after a year

Speculation is that Mankrik will be the most Horde-heavy server, PvE or otherwise. You’re probably best off going Pagle, which is expected to be the most Ally-heavy.
I will be Alliance on Mankrik.
@Grold, I don’t know about that. Some of us hate getting ganked while questing, which is what world pvp is mostly about.

I think we should be asking the real question of how population heavy will Whitemane be for horde or Alliance?
I mean, I always like being the underdog on a server, so I’d roll an alliance alt on Mankrik if anyone was interested. He’d be a paladin.

Well, we do have layering this time around.
I think you nailed it on the head… I played on pvp realms for probably a total of 4 years including about a year in vanilla and world pvp is rarely anything more than getting ganked right before you die or being way outnumbered.
On rare occasion there are epic STV or Hillsbrad battles, but you know what? Those happened on PVE realms with about the same frequency… so yea… not going pvp realm this time…

PVP can still happen on PVE servers, back in the day I played on a normal realm and had plenty of PVP.

I’m thinking about it. I’m going ally and I wanna do Wpvp when I’m in the mood but don’t like getting ganked. i wanna do BGs but don’t want to wait a million years for the Q’s to pop. so unless there is something I’m not considering then its looking like I’ll see you on Mankrik.

I’ll have one on PVE and another on PVP.
Prefer PVE for the most part but sometimes you want to mix it up a little.
They will be steadier than PvP servers. Faction Imbalance immediately fluctuates the server population on PvP servers.

I am rolling Horde on ManKrik Not sure which server for my Alliance toon
My guild and our sister guild will be rolling Alliance on Mankrik - Lurker Lounge & The Amazon Basin.
