Ahlaundoh has been the rank 1 warrior for the past 2 expansions and this one. He streams on twitch where you can find VOD’s and also has youtube video’s under the same name. Hope that helps.

You should probably not do what Ahlaundoh does on many fights.
He does things that are either “selfish” or even risky to top parse that unless you co-ordinate these things with your guild in advance could get you loot banned ;p
He has a solid team backing him up to do nothing but get top parses.
Example - letting “chilled to the bone” stacks go up to 10 or more on Sindragossa (essentially ignoring the mechanic).
Focus first on executing the mechanics and getting bosses down - then look at co-ordinating parse strats - if you have a solid team with consistent kills.

Pally has lay on hands for himself… You have a weak rejuvenate…. Apples and oranges.
Big number = good and he get da biggest number not much else to it.
