I’ve tried submitting a bug report in game but it keeps disconnecting me
Also been having this issue since weekly reset, very annoying
This seems likely tied to the hotfix they put out to forcibly grant the druid form and hunter pet items when you use the mount if you didn’t have them. Did you both loot the mount recently while it was still bugged after 11.1.5 and not giving those?
If this bug is happening for literally everyone who tries to use the mount, that’s a bit goofy.
Yeah in our keystone group most of us have had the mount for ages, this week unable to use it in a mythic+ dungeon for the same reason

I’ve had the mount since DF, and i’ve been getting that error all week since they did the hotfix nonsense. It’s a shame it’s unfortunately my favourite mount so it’s stuck not being used in keys >_>.
Yep noticed this as well, extremely frustrating
