It appears that the stacking effect from Antumbra, Shadow of the Cosmos (dagger from Rygelon) is not working as intended. The Singularity Supreme buff that stacks up to 20 times is not applying both Versatility AND Speed as the Versatility stacks but the Speed does not. When the 20 stacks are reached, the 20 second buff is applying both as expected and doubling the amount as the tooltip states. As a Warlock that is rather slow at times, the stacking Speed would be really appreciated! =)

I’ve noticed the same thing. I was super excited to get the weapon (bought it off of a guildy, even). Was disappointed it doesn’t work as described. Still a great weapon, but still would love that speed.
I also have this bug. It does not apply the speed until you reach the 20 stack trigger.
Same bug occurring for me.
Yeah, PVEd just for this dagger to try an ice lance spec, and no speed buff, lame, was already nerfed 50 %, please fix the speed buff issue.
