What ilvl should I be at to be able to solo this for the mount?
Probably 440-450 at minimum I’d say.

Some classes may get away with being lower than that. I was just giving you a safe estimate in which you shouldnt have any difficulty at all probably.

Thorrdyn is pretty accurate, 440+ is a good amount for Heroic Antorus Felhounds, depending on how good your corruption is it becomes even easier. Felhounds deal 100% more damage when together so you want to kill them pretty quick if you’re on a class with low self-healing, they also share damage so cleave and double dotting makes the fight shorter.
