Antoran Charhound MISSING

Back on 4/4/23, I got the Antoran Charhound when I was on my Druid. I checked my mount collection: It’s missing. I can’t mount it, it claims I haven’t gotten it. I got photographic evidence of having the Antoran Charhound, I even mounted it for a bit on my Druid.

I can upload an image of me looting it as proof.

What’s going on? Can a GM restore this to me?

First I recommend you try the steps as outlined on This Support Article, To see if it resolves your issue.

If those steps are unsuccessful, I would open a Support Ticket to see if a Game Master can verify to restore the missing mount(s).

Tried both articles, I sent a ticket in. HOPEFULLY I can get my mount restored to my collection.
