I was referring the the tome, it was introduced on TOC patch. My bad for not noting that in my post.
The point still stands though. We have two QOL features at the start of wrath Classic that were on later patches. This renders your point about RDF needing the proper patch invalid.

I never played when wotlk was out. Your post makes no sense the community was toxic way before I joined for wotlk pre-patch
