Anti-RDF players had 3 years to play AND still have Classic Era. You missed the boat

Dual spec effects class balance and is not related to rdf. Apples and oranges.

Exactly RDF has nothing to with Dual spec.

So why are you trying to conflate the two?

And yeah i’m still waiting for any proof guilds are requiring dual spec when the clears are being done without dual spec.

Just realized i put dual spec in a post instead of rdf.

So my bad on that, was distracted by work when posting it. I corrected the mistype.

Why is it that RDF people don’t force Anti-RDF people to play the RDF way but Anti-RDF people wants to force RDF people to play the Anti-RDF way? There seems to be a “my way or the highway” kind of mentality from the Anti-RDF side.

Having RDF forces anti-RDF people to play that way, though, so your premise is false.

Not having RDF forces RDF people to play the Anti-RDF way. Check your logic.

I get that you don’t have a full grasp on the topic, but you get that a change such as RDF has larger implications, right? You understand this? Probably not.

We require all of our raiders to have a geared set for a second spec.

You probably won’t swap during a raid, but in the event of an absence - you may be asked to perform a different role. You may also be asked to play a different spec so we can collect information on it.

So what you’re saying is both sides effect the other side, but you only list one because of bias?

Not sure if sarcasm or just guild bad at planning ahead.

No we just intend on doing things at a high level.

Players focused on one specific class or spec are not what we are looking for.

If you are having so many absences that it can’t be covered naturally by people with dual spec you aren’t doing things at a high level.

I mean, my guild is listed on here.

We do things at a high level bub.

I mean sure being a weird control freak doesn’t mean you can’t do well but it’s despite that not because of it.

Have you considered the possibility that people choose to play with us because of high requirements?

What weird Stockholm syndrome are you talking about.

Liar

RDF was in in use for half of Wrath.

The best guilds in the world have insane requirements. It’s why the best players play there.

We are tame by comparison.

What boat? Seems like your boat isn’t here.

Who’s “everyone”. I’m on a mega server and most of the people i talk to, including discord, GM chat, recruiter chat, in game don’t care either way. It’s practically an after thought. In Blizzards eyes not caring = a sub. Technically that’s anti-RFD. So no. I don’t think the majority wants RFD.

The one where they put up with you demanding completely unnecessary things.
