I just added game for the first time in several years. I’ve forgotten how to revert my Worgen warrior to human form when he’s not in combat. I can’t find any actions that perform that task, though there used to be something that would. What am I overlooking? If this is the wrong place to ask, please redirect me.

Calm The Wolf - is the one that will automatically switch you back to Human form when out of combat. You will need to activate it. The ability is a racial and is found under the General tab in your Spellbook.
Great screenshot! Also notice Two Forms racial there. That can swap out of combat betwen the two forms.

If you wish to manually control your form, then you can do that via the Two Forms racial ability. It is also found under the General tab of your spellbook.
