Yeah they broke the skip without fixing the laggy buggy starting zone (which is why so many people skipped) and their only real solution was the option to do that cringe newbie shadowlands starting zone instead. Don’t get your hopes up.

this is dumb. just do the wetlands death run like your ancestors have done for centuries.

All you really have to do is go to Wetlands (Get Wetlands FP) via boat from Darkshore.
Swim around the corner (you can even walk on the mountains a bit to cut off time. Parkour!) and go to a little area in the water by the mountain that the game pops up “Dun Morough” and die there underwater.
The last 3 times I did this, I was able to revive at Kharonos or whatever it’s called.
If you can parkour the mountains, you can swim and die in less than 10 mins.
It also saves you a corpse run thingy.
Pretty much this thing here, but as said, I’ve gotten closer to the capital than this guy.

Yea, that’s my normal route. The other is the mountain hop from the opposite direction.
The one posted here is a lot better though if you are SoI or HC.

People use this “stuck” thing when they are dead in alteracvalley and running to their corpse / next gy on map available.
When used you port there instantly.
