ANOTHER store mount

Battle for azeroth has been out for not even six months, yet this is the third in game shop mount that has been released. Not only this, but each has a unique model that cannot be obtained any other way in game. We already pay a 15$ monthly sub. How the hell does blizzard justify releasing a new mount every two months into a poorly designed expansion?

At least it’s the worst one they’ve ever done. Pigs are gross. Would have been better as a reward for completing Lunar Festival or something instead of another hearthstone.

I just hope at lease some of the proceeds go towards getting a /mountspecial developed for the S1 pvp hippo. That was a great in-game mount and it is a damn shame they never devoted the resources necessary to finish it.

Another store mount. And, funny enough, one that they have to take out to Legion content to show that it flies in the commercial (since they haven’t even released flying in BfA yet). How stupid.

Yuck. The hippo was gross too. Enough gross animals. S2 is just a re-color of the warsaber I got years ago. I just wish they’d give me a saddle for my troubles and let me choose like it used to be. :confused:

Ah yes rage thread #1424344, I do agree that releasing a store mount right after the fox is a bad decision.

Didn’t we see the same thing in WoD? Didn’t they release several store mounts or something? Maybe that’s what they do when they release a bad expac and start losing subs. They just push out more store stuff.

A couple of those listed are weird. Fey dragon (5.4.1?) and Sky Reaver (5.4.2?) were added at strange times. Perhaps they were, as people predicted, supposed to be rep mounts that ended up being scrapped.

I’d add the boat on there too honestly. We still have a lot of BFA left to go too.

BfA boat was obtainable for free with 6 months. To be added later as a shop mount, yes, but not exclusively shop since yo could earn it via that promo.

Adding the boat would need Tyreal’s Charger added as well and, well, that one never reappeared and that was… How long ago was that? Back when Diablo 3 launched

But eh, I’m never too worried about the Chinese New Year stuff given that’s the equivalent of the boat and the Charger for the Chinese market and they’re just making it available over here

Add Bobby Kotick mount to the store. Let me ride him around and spank him. Give him a nice squeal sound when I do it. Seems like a more fitting “pig” mount than what they’ve designed.

Yeah, with how much BFA is left, I wouldn’t be surprised if there are more mounts added to the shop than during WoD. Especially if Activision has more influence.
