I’ve only done LFR but am very dissappointed to see 25-45 FPS during boss fights and trash pulls…

Dropping settings to low doesnt seem to make a difference.
My addon useless is fairly light. Removing them all makes a negligible difference.
You can post a dxdiag to see if someone can spot anything.
Do you use any logging add-ons such as details? Raid alert add-ons such as DBM?
I did LFR on six characters and everything ran perfectly fine on my PC. I have plenty of add-ons but no dps or raid ones. Try uninstalling those and trying again.
What are your graphic settings and what addons do you have enabled?

definitely an error with some sort of combination of your hardware/drivers/software.
I’ve been 100+ consistently on the entire raid everything maxed on 1440p without FSR on 7800x3D and a 6900xt.
so how do i go about troubleshooting something like that lol
Pulling the One-Armed Bandit on Heroic atm and everyone in raid is complaining about sub 10 fps. Everything else has been fine.
When you peeps realize that nVidia / Windows / Intel are bad maybe it will get better.
Currently running Linux Ubuntu and AMD processor and Video Card. Not EVEN close to top tier parts. My graphics are close to maxed and when I see people screaming lag … ima like where?
I’m having the same issue. 25 fps in raid and occasionally I will get a random freeze for 5 seconds then it comes back. I have very little for addons compared to most. I have a 7800x3d and 7900xt with 32gb of ram. I have moved the graphics slider all the way to #1 preset and it doesn’t make much difference. Running around and clearing trash I’m around 70 fps, which is also low for me, but during boss encounters I’m steadily at 25 fps.
It’s not addons and it’s not just the raid, Dorn has suboptimal fps, world bosses have suboptimal fps, raids have suboptimal fps. It’s because the engine underutilizes modern hardware for some reason. For example, in Dorn, with the frame cap set to 120fps, I peak around 70fps and can get even lower. On a 3070 and 12600k with everything being below 50% utilization. I’d post a link to a screenshot of usage, but can’t. Blizz needs to upgrade their engine. It’s been done for at least one free version of WoW so that they haven’t taken the game out of the stone age officially is just shameful.
These have all been issues since at least DF. When modern AAA games release with performance issues they get review bombed until they’re fixed. Blizz leaves their game’s optimization in the bin for years and we all keep paying to play cuz we’re addicts.
