Another "One-button" Macro Question

If possible, could one create a one button macro that would accomplish the following.

Click 1: Exit bear form and cast Rejuvenation on self
Click 2: Shift back to bear form.

Presumably, this would be a Castsequence macro.

Assuming you have auto unshift enabled this should do it.

/cast [form] Rejuvenation; Bear Form
