Another night, another queue

Had to take my cat to the vet. Get home, and now I have to wait to play.

Rolled on Incendius day 1.
Took the free transfers to Netherwind the first night they were offered.
Now I’m just waiting for my guild to decide to leave Netherwind.

When does the cycle end? Why can’t Netherwind get the same attention that Earthfury was seemingly given?

Edit for clarity:
Blizz noticed Earthfury’s pop sky-rocketed. Blizz locked it down and threw on layers. When the pop seemed to drop off, they eliminated the layering and unlocked Earthfury.

That’s all I want for Netherwind. Put a stop to the population increase until such a time as we don’t have nightly queues.

Whats the fix?

Do nothing and ppl complain about queues

Add layers and people complain about the layers messing with WBs and buffs

turn off xfers and ppl complain about not being able to play with friends

In the end some will not be happy no matter the choice

The fix is not to play at all. Plenty of other games out there where the company cares about the players.

Go play them then. Im sure theyll lose sleep at night over it

Because the way Blizzard is doing transfers is too… naive? ham-fisted?

I think that the transfer cooldown should either be shortened across the board to 1 month or it should just be eliminated for a character on a locked realm.
That way, if someone is upset that they can’t play with their friend on Herod or Faerlina, for example, the friend can just… transfer off. And there’s no “ah, but I paid to come here before it was locked and am on cooldown for X more weeks” excuse.

Don’t allow transfers to realms with queues. Allow anyone to leave realms with queues. Sure, some people will still complain “my friend can’t leave because they’re in a guild!” but… maybe that friend should convince their guild to leave such an overloaded realm.

He’s ok, just some more digestive issues. I swear he has IBS or something. Needs more probiotics and the vet is recommending a grain-free diet, ugh.

Interesting. You have the insight to ascertain that blizz is doing transfers in a “bad” way with classuc. But

You feed your cat cheap grain filled food. Tsk tsk. Stop worrying about transferring, ruining servers, and buy fluffy the good stuff.

He prefers the garbage! It’s so frustrating! I tried feeding him high-quality, grain-free wet food years ago and he refused to eat it after a few months. I had to switch back to the garbage so he would stop starving himself.

my cats wont eat that either. kibbles n bits or meow mix they will tear that up.

i gave them each one of those fish filets and they turned their nose!

I had a picky eater as well. Sadly had to put her down due to her kidneys
shutting down. Have you tried mixing the two?

Lol.

I’d like to point out that for the 7th consecutive night, Netherwind is full. It is, again, the only server that is full.

Transfers continue to arrive. The queue will continue to grow.

Blizz continues to monitor. Even when they’re “working” they don’t respond in a timely manner. That company is probably in utter chaos working from home.
When enough of these me me me carebears have destroyed your community and your community starts transferring off. Then blizz will lock it. Probably throw on layering too.
This whole fiasco is like watching a cat on speed chase it’s tail. Not that I’ve seen that but it’s gotta be close to this.
Whole time blizz profits off the carebear locusts chasing off homegrown communities.
