why are DH’s allowed to be 100% on the target and gnawing at them like pitbulls but any other melee class has to suffer. literally 0 need for dhs to STILL be doing 3x players damage when theyre not even THINKING and throwing anything and everything untill they kill something

Yeah and the most annoying part about DH RN is that throw glaive and soulscar are passive from their tier set, and immolation aura is very nearly passive also.
Something like 30% to 40% of their damage comes from either passive or almost passive sources and they just effortlesly do 80-100k dps NP.
they dont even need to DROOL on their keyboard to surpass the total of nearly 2 people in damage. they literally need to gut their teir and damage by 20% across the board.

As much as I hate dh, these numbers are 100% meaningless without additional context like how many times they were casted, how long the combat was, etc.
I could just as easily blast a bunch of pets and link this and be like ooo so scary, a 2 million deep breath and 2 million disintegrate damage. Literally a useless metric.

DH isnt near as over powered as the first couple weeks. The overtuning of DPS in rated pvp is the core issue. 500k glacial spikes, 200k clawing shadows, 4x 200k lava bursts in ~3 sec. ive benefited from and been hit by all these. Its getting back to pop everything on the class with no immunity which isnt skill.
