What’s your definition for barely begun? It’s the 4th week of January.
A lot of companies have this. I’m not saying it’s good, just that it’s not something limited to Blizzard.

I mean…it no-doubt literally says why in the source everyone is getting this information from: Execs think it motivates people. Which would be fine in theory, unless that bit about people losing out on promotions/raises/incentives because of it is true.
