Another full day of sitting in lfg without a single person signing up

I’m sure they would if they could, but don’t because they can’t find teammates of their impressive caliber (2400 shuffle)

No, but fiercer competition and harder to earn rating does. Wish they could’ve had the brackets closer so shuffle rating wasn’t, like, a complete joke.

then maybe use comms if ur serious?

Well, why go through the trouble of LFG when a person can just queue up shuffle? Clearly people are less interested in 3’s even tho it’s giga inflated and would rather play shuffle because it’s actually fun.

Yeah, and that’s partially why the mode was a mistake.

Huh? How is random comp fiesta after a 58 minute wait more fun than a premade comp with friends? It seems fine as a waiting room thing until your real team is on but not a replacement.

Imagine how many people would be getting glad if they weren’t worried about “pushing” 2500 shuffle for a pennant.

I feel like people you meet online aren’t really friends unless you meet them IRL. I find it awkward having online friends tbh because it lacks real intimacy of a real friendship.

But sure, some people like having online interactions with people and like playing games with them. That’s fine. Not everyone cares for that tho.

3v3 is literally 2x easier percentage wise than shuffle is.

have you ever played lfg 3s? maybe you might meet 2 people over an entire season willing to get on voice and then they don’t log in again after the first time you play

Not for everybody, apparently.

Maybe they’ll add gladiator to shuffle in War Within for all the people who are 1900-2100 in 3v3 but find it too easy so they just queue shuffle instead.

You and me obviously have unlimited free time. You think it’s easy to find people in game like me? Unemployed? People in lfg are casuals for the most part. They log on maybe once a week and those are the ex glads in lfg at 2.1.

I actually do have a few rank 1 players on my f list but guess what? You still have to find a third, schedule together, and the 3s is so meta dependent we still can’t play a viable comp together most of the time.

Something that shuffle does have going for it, I think, is that it’s a decent scouting ground. Find a dps playing well as a healer, ask if they’re down to queue some time and they’d probably be interested. :dracthyr_yay_animated: I don’t know if I mentioned this but my healer for the past 2 seasons is somebody I met in shuffle.

And it is tricky to get 3 compatible people together, but gotta start somewhere.

If for nothing else, just to find people with lots of free time and are decent at the game. Yeah, I could put my nose to the grindstone and que shuffle just to whisper me. But I don’t care enough to do that. Especially when I don’t really plan to continue maining healer next xpac. I barely even have games played on my healers in shuffle this season I’m sure I could push higher.

it should be obvious by now I’m melodramatic. If I really cared that much I’d be playing rdruid right now so I get 3s invites. Healing 3s is really boring and lame honestly. Every healer I play half the matches just come down to who wins on mana or drinking simulator on druid.

Shuffle is unironically way more enjoyable to heal for me.

I think the detachment aspect of just being able to send games is kind of neat, and wonder if they really would do a ranked skirm type alternative to shuffle.

Oh, a certain dps looking appealing or just the role itself isn’t fun?

I still enjoy healing shuffle but I don’t like healing bgs. And I find that once you get to 2.1+ in 3’s there really isn’t a healer shortage anymore, it’s only at really low rating. Especially during the day there’s a lot of healers in lfg. Lots of healers in 2s. I assume it will be the same for duo q rbgs, lots of healers looking for partners. I think it’s better I just focus on dps.

Lock still feels the most natural to me and aff/destro are looking fun and good so probably just play that. Maybe evoker as an alt. Not sure yet.

Yeah healing more enjoyable if people press defensives stop cc etc, and bunga league is just chaos

Really? I feel like more people would like pvp if it was the raid style healing like in bgs

I think that’s true. But it’s just not for me. I don’t like clicking anything. I have party frames hotkeyed in arena, but in bgs I would have to be clicking frames to heal. I think we will get a lot of big boy pve healers trying out pvp which is great though.

It’s certainly a more approachable format than being locked in a cage match for six rounds. :dracthyr_crylaugh:

That’s 90% of the fun.

People just leave after 1 game anyways. In shuffle you get to actually play the game instead of sitting in LFG for hours.

Still more sane than the average RBG player.

Sitting in queue for hours is pretty comparable.

Depends when you queue. Queue times during prime time are tolerable.

Missing her rn (dredh)
