Another Dungeon/Raid problem Trial of Valor/Lost Army

I have 184 Valajra Soul fragments. Now I have the Trial of Valor quest from Havi. I went to the Entrance and was taken to Helheim. I tried going again and Same thing. So I abandon the Lost Army quest or is there a way around it. No biggie, I don’t think the lost Army is important, but I don’t know for positive.

Is this a raid lockout thing? You could probably just change the difficulty if the one you’re currently on has already progressed partially through the raid.

Thank you. Switched to Heroic Difficulty, went through to entrance and there they are. I love easy solutions.
