in fact the overwhelming majority admits TBC is classic+. and retail is ClassicXTRM
If TBC is classic+, then so is wrath, cata, and shadowlands. Obviously when we talk about classic+ we are talking about taking the game in a different direction. With no outlands, no flying, something completely new, in azeroth.
i think a new expansion takes about 3 years to develop…i think the people saying ‘classic+’ think the company will develop a few new raids and alternative tiers, artwork, animations, voiceline and storyline, plus a quest hub over a 3-month period or drop it for free as a maintenance patch.
