What’s your favorite race for Warlock?

I’m fixing to spin one up I think. Might go Void Elf to balance out my Blood Elf Paladin. But I’m open to suggestions! (I also think the red-skinned Draenei are a great option with those green fel-looking eyes).

I was originally going to make a Dark Iron Warlock (Council of Seven was cool) but settled on a mage.

I do have an old warlock alt, he’s Man’ari.

Does faction matter? If Alliance, Red Draenei is a definite. I always had difficulty finding a race on alliance that just worked with Warlock until Draenei got Eredar skin. If Horde you got options. Orcs and Undead are classic while Blood Elf you can get a more vengeance fueled Blood Mage who from the original description.

Many of the stoic high elves, reeling from the loss of their ancient homeland, Quel’Thalas, have given in to their hatred and despair and embraced the dark side of their magical natures. Calling themselves ‘Blood Elves’ - these cold hearted refugees seek to expand their remaining magical powers at any cost - even if it means courting the infernal powers of the Burning Legion! Though still loyal to the Alliance, the Blood Elves’ passions will lead them not only to the highest pinnacles of power, but to the darkest depths of madness.

Orc Warlock of the Burning Blade Clan sounds the coolest to me. Sadly, no good outfit. :dagger::robot:

My main warlock is a dark purple Night elf gal with the horns of justified sins headpiece… just 'cuz.

I made my warlock a female human

IDK something about looking like a thicc goth gf who has demon pets is just fitting for a warlock to me

I think the red draenei are cute warlocks too

Hmm… you know… might be an option for a Dracthyr too then. Mine usually spend more time in the visage form anyway.

Nope! Game for whatever.

Oh - I have an old undead lock on another server. I got her out around Halloween every year because she just spooky :jack_o_lantern:

I have Dracthyr and Orc for Demonology, Void Elf and Vulpera for Affliction, and Worgen for Destruction.

Seems like you play a lot of Warlocks!

It’s probably my least played class outside of Evoker.

I have a gnome but she’s a bit too cute and an undead that’s spooky.

Former twilight cultist dark iron is a cool one, i even had a mog for it, i do like my velf tho, im mixed between the 2 races so i swap often

Gnomes if you feel classic nostalgia.

Tauren/dwarf for the teeniest, tiniest min-maxing.

Human for practicality. It’s just the most practical, I don’t know how to explain but every time I get on my lock (and mage) I wish I were human. Humans have the goofiest jump though.

Any elf for jumping prowess.

Drachyr for awesomeness and gliding around.

I race changed to Drac because Glide and Soar.

I like the evil-ish look I got.

I think Dracthyr Warlocks look pretty cool. They almost look like Hellspawned demons themselves. A dragon casting fel fire is kind of cool. And if your Affliction, it’s like a Shadow Dragon.

I just like the Blood Elves better as a Race. But I did use my Midnight boost on a Dracthyr Warlock.
