If they’re making the announcement at the end of a HC tournament, the announcement is obviously that they’re going to officially implement HC into the game. There’s zero chance it would be anything else considering the forum they’re using to announce their announcement.
I feel like that’s not logically consistent, the fact that they are releasing it on the hc tournament does imply that it will be Hc related but does not imply that it can’t be anything else.
They could easily announce something like Hc official servers coming with others on Som 2. Or really anything like that.
Now you could be right and all they do is announce official Hc but that’s definitely not a given at this point.
