Put them on vendors for the reduced price, 10g makes 0 sense. that price was made mid era when they had excess gold and needed a sink. New servers are struggling to support this

i buy boons off the ah all the time. its a slog to go out to wpl to get them and theyre usually only a gold or so more than they are from the vendor. its convenient when a buff drops and you dont have one on you. i didn’t buy any of the bugged ones because i knew what was happening, but if i logged on any given day and saw a bunch posted for lower than vendor value my first thought would maybe have been ‘huh?’ but not that a mass exploit was happening and they were all going to be made ineffective tomorrow. i think it’s very easy for someone who wasn’t aware of what’s going on to have been caught up in it.
either way, i don’t care if people who bought the bugged ones off the ah/trade are refunded their gold. it’s ridiculous to allow the people who absolutely for sure knowingly and willingly profited off of it by buying them from the vendor and reselling to keep the money and go without any kind punishment.

If the sellers of these boons, who clearly knew it was a bug exploit for masses of gold at the expense of other players who couldn’t have known, don’t get banned… yeah it’s over. There’s no point to playing within the rules after that. I’ll just make getting away with exploits a way of life in Blizzard games. No consequences.

This is such a lazy blizzard response. You sealed the leak, best to either roll back everything and pay the consequences of it, or leave the boons intact. Screwing over innocent people because of your mistake is not the answer.

Boons will be deleted and removed from anyone who purchased, any gold spent or earned from them will not however.
you this problem would be solved if we didn’t have stupid gate keeping world buffs to begin with
