Anniversary Realms Battleground -- Updated Jan. 17

Your noob is showing bro. Stop getting suckered by trolls.

your not seeing the big picture here the thing with chrono boons its a money glitch where ppl are still making money therefore they will buy gear from the ah and not have to worry making more money cause they know the exploit is selling. Which ruins the whole authenticity the server is based on.

Its not a money glitch, it was existing gold being transferred between players. All the boons are gone/invalidated. There are 0 long term effects by this

they was selling for 9 g at the start some made well over thousand from this by exploiting how can you say this is not detrimental to the server ?

You’re just a smol mage - wait until you get 42/43/44 and learn the ZF farm - ez 50g/hr

At the very least, there is no reason to make them sellable. They should be bound to player.

True. I just want enough for my mount D: lmao

lets break this down

Price Distortion: Exploiting the system to buy items at extremely low prices and sell them at massively inflated prices can distort the supply and demand dynamics in the Auction House. Other players may be unable to purchase goods at fair prices, leading to frustration and potentially an imbalance in the game’s economy.

Market Inflation: If an exploit allows players to generate large amounts of gold quickly, it can lead to inflation, where the value of gold decreases and prices for everyday items increase. This hurts the economy for regular players who are trying to earn gold through standard means.

Resource Devaluation: If large quantities of items are exploited and sold at inflated prices, it could make normal gameplay and the acquisition of those items feel less rewarding, as they may become overly common or artificially scarce.

Disruption of Fair Competition: Players who don’t use exploits could feel at a disadvantage, leading to frustration, loss of engagement, and a potential decrease in the player base. This disrupts the overall health of the economy and the community.

The main problem for me, is that when exploitive behavior is sorta just allowed, everyone turns into a cheater, scammer, liar, etc. which is where we are. I don’t particularly enjoy playing a game that has a semblence of rules, yet everyone, even guildies these days, are openly talking about how to exploit others in any way they can with zero rule enforcement.

Your ChatGPT explanation doesn’t really apply in this situation bud. Think for yourself.
