1 Hour+ queues…this is fun. Its time to consider adding AI to these experiences. No way should anyone be expected to sit around and wait for that long.

It would be faster if it allowed us to queue as tanks or healers. For some reason, most people can’t queue as the other roles. I know it won’t let me priest queue as heals.

Here’s a novel idea… Try playing a different role. This isn’t overly difficult content. Not everyone has to DPS, you can actually do more useful roles and not wait 1.5hrs for a queue.

I would never be so rude as to join a premade group. That just makes the lines longer for everyone else. It’s like cutting in line.

I went under premade groups, Custom, and joined a raid where we did all three in less than an hour.

seriously, looked at queue, looked at custom groups, found one within seconds, ran all three and was done before that first queue would have popped.
And I didn’t even have to talk to anybody!

Could be a bug. There are several threads about healers and tanks not being able to q up as such, sticking them in dps slot instead, regardless of role.

Have classes that can spec heals or tank… Insta queues
When I queued to do it I was able to que for all 3 at the same time, so I only had to wait an hour and then the next raid would queue right after. I would have had it done faster if the cata raid didn’t glitch so badly.
The weird thing is, Tank is the easiest its ever been. No need for a special tank set and stat caps to avoid crushing blows. No need to explain to dps morons what to sap right before they don’t sap anything and go full HAM.
And they still won’t do it. I guess the stereotype about DPS is true.
I just joined a group advertising in global in the caverns of time and got it all done in like an hour and a half.
I love when people post these type of complains on a toon that has a tank/healing spec.

Use “Other” in group finder like a sane person.
I tanked mine with 0 tank XP. They’re so faceroll you can go in with whatever you want and do fine.
You don’t even need a full group. Just enough variety to ensure that the timer is low and the rest fills up fairly quickly.
I don’t see the Deathwing mount 9 iconic boss raid in LFR. What am I missing? I’m over 400 IL.
Everyone is DPS for it.
