Anniversart Event - Pet Basket: How do I get out?

I used the mirror to turn into my pet, went into the basket … and now I don’t know how to get out. Is removing the effect the only way to get out?

Is there a buff you can right click or an ‘eject’ button down by your action bars, a red arrow button.

hmmm, maybe my elvui is hiding the eject button.
