Annihilation Missing?

Recently on the PTR and Beta Metamorphosis no longer changes Chaos Strike into Annihilation. This is a giant nerf, but it doesn’t seem intentional. Or at least I hope it isn’t.

Can we get a blue to clarify this?

  • Is this intended? Why?
  • Is this a temporary oversight or bug?

I hope so,. That’s a BIG bug, and I’ve seen nobody mention it.
