I’m farming for SL mogs and need Anima and grateful offerings. What are the best ways to farm them at this point?
iirc grateful offerings mainly come from doing callings and I believe maybe also the activities you unlock with the anima conductor (can’t remember for sure). Today would be a good day to do callings because two of them are in Maldraxxus, and the Maw one can be done in like 3 minutes if you’re on a character with engineering and the SL wormhole
The best places to farm anima are probably Zereth Mortis and maybe Korthia. I believe there’s probably a way to speed-run Torghast and the Adamant Vaults quickly enough to make it an efficient anima farm but I haven’t figured it out yet. Also there are some covenant-specific activities that give a pretty decent amount of anima for the effort (for example, the quests given by the mushroom guy in the night fae portal room).
Also note that if you’re just starting out, getting the achievement Sanctum Superior should be your top priority because you need it to maximize how much anima you get from everything. (Getting Sanctum Superior also takes a lot of anima though.)

This is the primary source, yes. There are dailies and rares available once you unlock the different levels of the conductor. You can kill the conductor rares in other zones if someone else has summoned them.
If you really want to no-life it: once you reach the point where you can swap covenants freely, you should be able to do each one’s different activities every day.

Upgrade the anima conductor to rank 2 in each covenant and do the dailies every day for offerings. You can change covenants any time you want.
You don’t 
You still have to reach max renown on one covenant before you can freely swap between them, iirc.
