How can I unlock the animaflow teleporter to Desmotaeron added in this patch? I have only the original two locations plus Perdition Hold.

Good question. My alt has it unlocked, and I haven’t bought anything, or finished any 9.1.5 quest.
Maybe it’s tied to story or renown. Hopefully someone can tell us.

Not entirely sure how to unlock the Desmotaeron teleport from Ven’ari’s refuge. However if you use the teleport to Perdition Hold you’ll land right next to another teleporter that will send you to the Desmotaeron.

I checked this out and this is true for others who need it. You land at perdition hold next to a choatic riftstone, which takes you near the raid entrance. At Desmotaeron there is also another riftstone which takes you back to perdition. This is a weird, long way to work it, but it does get you to where you need to go. You just can’t go directly back to Ve’nari, which would be preferable.
My husband has the Desmotaeron flight directly at Venari (as well as Perdition Hold), but I only have Perdition Hold. I have been googling this problem for two days with no solution or explanation as to what I could be missing.

I’m in the same boat. No Desmotaeron teleport from Ven’ari’s refuge. I can go to Perdition Hold and take another teleporter to Desmotaeron
Same problem here. I have access to the other 3 but not Desmotaeron. Maxed out rep with Venari months ago, bought everything from her, both Korthia reps are maxed out as well as anything bought, it definitely seems like a bug.
same here. put in a bug report. got an automated response. could it be linked to a sylvanas kill? i only pvp.
You also have to consider the shadowlands explorer achievement. Would be curious to see who has that since it was needed for the new map toy.

For those with maxed rep and no Desmotaeron port—did you check if Venari sells an item? I remember a lot of upgrades were Stygia purchases. Maybe something added at one point that is now required for the new point?
(Probably just a bug, but curious for my own alts :P)
I don’t have the direct Desmotaeron port, and I don’t see any items for sale by Ve’nari that would add it.
You need to get the achievement Sanctum of Domination with that specific character:
You need to kill each Sanctum of Domination boss once on any difficulty (including LFR) to get that achievement.

Ahh that feels horrible, I mostly wanted it on alts to get to the world boss : /
Can yall fix this so everyone can go to the world boss without having a stressful run filled with elites who dismount you very easily ? Especially for alts that haven’t raided yet? Please blizzard make this feature accessible to not make it frustrating?

Came here seeking answers, but along the search, I came across a blue post on WoWhead.
In order for the option to teleport to Desmotaeron to appear, you will need to have completed the achievement ‘Sanctum of Domination’."

You can still get to the location by using the animaflow teleporter to go to Perdition Hold and then take the Desmotaeron portal that is literally right next to it to easily get to the world boss. It takes an extra minute of travel time.
You can even teleport directly back to Perdition Hold once you’re done, but then you’ll need to run back to Ve’nari’s Refuge.
Hey just so you know you can’t really do that on alts as they need to have enough Venari rep to do the quests to unlock perdition hold on alts.
They clarified you only have to clear the SoD bosses on one toon. The unlock is accountwide. I was annoyed at the thought of doing that on all my alts. This is not the case.
I mean, getting the rep required with Ven’ari to unlock the teleporters is quite easy. It’s literally one of the first things you can buy from her, it doesn’t require a lot of effort.
For those that haven’t done SoD or have no intention of doing SoD, there are other options.
You are better of doing lfr once on like a Tuessday for that accountwide unlock then grinding venari to get the 6th quest on alts. Especially if you want a more direct way for the world boss. Just need enough stygia to buy the animaflow teleporter.
