So i was wondering whether anima is useful in 9.1? Is there a way to spend anima for gears or something useful or change it to some other currency coz all i can spend it on is my covenant quartermaster for some cosmetic items and lower level covenant gears.

After you buy all your covenant upgrades, mogs, mounts, and pets…It becomes a useless currency
There should be a way to send it to your alts…maybe one day
For 9.1 gear, everything has moved to Korthian Armaments which uses research for upgrades instead of anima
I hope so. I am capped on anima right now. I’m just waiting on getting a few more redeemed souls to upgrade the Conservatory to rank 5. After that, it won’t be long before I am capped again. I don’t really care about purchasing any of the other items offered. I would just be buying them needlessly.

I burn anima healing my companions but otherwise we get way more than we need with Korthia. They need to either remove the sanctum cap or give us more reasons to spend it.

I heal my mission table followers, but it’s not enough to get rid of my anima.
Its effectively useless now. It either needs to be able to sell for gold, or they should add a vendor to either buy profession materials or something else worth selling for your excess.

I am not at a point where I no longer need Anima. I haven’t purchased any of the cosmetic items yet. However, I think Blizzard should add in a covenant vendor that converts anima to soul ash/cinders, stygia, catalogued research, and valor.
Though sending it to Alts would be useful as well.

We have an ABSURD amount of stuff to buy between Court of Night and the various NF vendors and the mushroom guy.
I’m nowhere near done with anima and I can’t get enough of the stuff.

It really is. We’ve got like three or four extremely expensive ensembles and a few extremely expensive weapon packs. The renown night courtier’s set. I’m still working on building my features since I stopped to buy some cosmetics. I need rank 3 anima conductor and command table. It’s so bad I stopped using the table.

Would have been nice if SL would have started with 9.1. As far as anima goes now you actually get a bit of it. Not sure why they even delayed flying in the first place. I’ve had flying now since we got it and I’ve used it one single time and that was just to try it out lol. Since we can’t fly in Maw and Korthia where all the “new” content is. I should probably add I have zero interest in doing the world quests in the zones. But hey at least now if you do them you can fly… in the zone. /sigh
I wouldn’t mind not being able to fly in Korthia and other zones if there was more clear terrain without a bunch of obstacles
Or a huge gaping hole with the only way of getting over is running to the opposite end all the way back to base to then have to fly right back over again… essentially any rare that was up will have been obliterated by the time you land. 
I’ve actually had to start using it for covenant upgrades. So at least my transport network and mission table are level 3 now.
The ensembles aren’t available yet if you mean the ones that are a buy the whole set in one item ones. They’re renown locked like a bunch of other things that are stupidly so as well like nearly everything from exalted with death’s advance and the item upgrades in korthia.
I’d like a way to spend anima to buy Grateful Offerings. Please and thanks! XD

I would love that. I have a tonne of anima to buy mogs but none of the offerings needed to buy them as well.

Sorelai, don’t forget the ensemble that you can also buy inside the conservatory. I just discovered it myself this week. This week! I never buy those seeds because I have too many of those catalysts from quest rewards but for grins and giggles I checked her stuff again and there it was, the green recolor of the Winterborn vestment. I mean if Blizz will only slightly make any change to the design instead of a slight recolor…
