Anima tokens are being deleted from inventory, but none is being added to the Covenant reservoir. I checked my currency tab to make sure it was not just an Interface bug. Affects all Covenants.

Same issue here. Anima tokens vanish and none are added to reservoir

Same issue. Completed the quest and no Anima added to reservoir, yet all tokens vanished.

same issue here, just spent a couple hours farming up 10k anima, deposited, and nothing there
