Anima Conductor upgrade question

The 9.1.5 patch notes stated:

Players who have built and upgraded their covenant’s Anima Conductors will now receive Grateful Offerings from all covenant Callings, based on the highest level of Anima Conductor they’ve upgraded.

I’m assuming this isn’t account wide, just like the Sanctum Superior (everything to Rank 3) bonus isn’t?

So for each individual characther then, does this mean that if I have a Rank 3 Night Fae Anima Conductor and then switch to Kyrian to get some additional transmogs, I can still do the callings for the fully maximized rewards since it’s “based on the highest level of Anima Conductor they’ve upgraded” and my Night Fae Conductor is Rank 3? Or will I get the minimum rewards from callings since my Kyrian Conductor hasn’t been upgraded at all?

I’m definitely not going to pay souls and anima to unlock rank 3 on all four covenants on every single alt, so I’m mainly curious if I have to always make sure to do callings/patterns within patterns on each character’s “main” covenant, or if I can just do them on whichever covenant I’m in at the time.

That’s the way it was explained when they brought in the achievements to increase anima gains. I assume it’d work the same here

Can anyone confirm this? I suppose I could on an alt, but I’m sure someone else already has and knows the answer haha.

I believe you get maxed regardless once you get a rank 3 conductor but I’ll admit I haven’t paid tons of attention to that. I’ll go run one as a blue pigeon and check back in.

Edit: I got 7 Offerings from them with a level 1 Conductor for them.

I thought that sounded low, so I went and did a calling on an alt with a level 3 conductor. Got a standard blue tribute (not an epic one, in case those give more, I usually don’t pay that much attention) and got 14 grateful offerings.

If you only got 7 after switching to a covenant without a level 3 conductor…then yeah I guess that confirms that pretty definitively. =(

The purple caches give slightly more. Blues give around the same
