Found this accidentally last night. Selecting the Impressive Size option as a Dracthyr and then trying to be sneaky and casting Soar will cause you to chain DC.

I did this a moment ago by mistake and I have regrets. Came here to see if anyone else experienced it :x
I got it to stop by waiting until the person I was in a party with stopped seeing me stuck flapping in the overworld. Once I faded out on their end, I tried signing in again and everything was fine.
Came here to make a ticket about same issue, glad someone else experienced this as well. Same exact steps as stated here.
