Nearly every cool toy does and its mind boggling. Cosmetic affects… anything fun. Wow devs are very odd about this but I hope they fix it in the future.
There’s a 24 hour CD for Coin of many Faces…Yeah.
1 hour on the paid cosmetic toy.
