As the title says she doesn’t have the ability to sell any of the gems, not even the initial one you get with ring by default. All my other characters at least have that available to them.
Since the ability to not even buy the initial gem is not there its locked me out of getting the Shuddering Hollow bonus objective quest at all. Ive tried filling the bar myself, letting others do it and nothing. It will also show that I will get Windsinger’s Runed Citrine on the table when filling the bar but as soon as its filled it switches to the other gem and the bonus will not pop. I get the other bonus objectives no issue but any gems tied to Angorla are apparently unavailable for me to obtain unless I send them from another character.

The only gems unlocked by the hotfix are the one that are awarded for the future (at the time of the hotfix) invading factions: naga and pirates. Because those were the only ones timegated by design.
The rest are presumed to be immediately available as “anytime” quest rewards and routinely available boss loot.
Here’s the relevant quote from the hotfix announcement:
The stones you expected to see on the vendor (but didn’t find) are the ones described in the first paragraph.
The hotfix wasn’t designed with the bugged Shuddering Hollow boss in mind.
Not saying the first one you get with the ring is part of that at all, somehow I have it and it doesn’t count as me having gotten it so now I cannot get the others tied to the hollow nor does the vendor allow me to rebuy that first initial gem. Game thinks I never got the first gem so its broken my ability to earn the others, I’m not the only one this has happened to.
I am having the same issue - Since I have the Addon “All The Things” it’s saying I have an incomplete questline with her and with “Unleashing Her Power” and beginning with the NPC Didi the Wrench “Juicing Up and Storming Out”. Now I’ve done ever quest on this island and any piece of content I can find so I know I did not miss this, not only that but I have 13 max level characters that are on Siren Isle completing the content. Now I’m curious how many of those don’t have access to this.
I was wondering why the hell I couldn’t complete the Shuddering Hollow daily and now it makes complete sense now that you’ve pointed that out. Would be nice to get a fix I would really like to continue doing this content.
