Probably not given how things work in the game, but is there any possible way to buy a Angler’s Water Strider mount gear from Nat Pagle with a horde character who is able to buy it and get it to an Alliance lowbie character on the same account?
I havent done the grind on an Alliance, but the wife coerced me to make a new Alliance character to run with her with, but I really dont want to pay AH prices for something I can get for $50 gold from Nat…
Yes, the water strider mount equipment from the anglers is account bound, I got the rep/mount on an Alliance character of mine and mail it to my Horde chars just fine, cross server as well
If it says account bound on it, yeah.
So how do I move it from the horde character I have to buy it with to the alliance character I want to put it on?
I dont think it’ll let me mail it …can I have them meet somewhere and hand it off?
It will let you mail it, buy it on the char that has the rep and there is a mailbox right near the vendor (up the ramp by the top hut) you can mail it to whichever character of yours that you wish regardless of faction or server

I just remembered that the purchaser doesnt have to have the rep…just be level 100 lol 
Hah, my bad then, I was just going by still needing the rep and always bought it on the char that had that and mailed it to any character that needed it (I haven’t played them really since Legion other than to get them to max level in BFA, so they’re parked by the anglers vendor)
Ive only bought it like once and I totally forgot that I only need to have a strider mount and the purchasing character has to be like level 100.
youd think Id remember this given my wife JUST did this like a week ago lol 
You can buy the equipment with one character and mail it to the other just like you would a heirloom or any boa token. Even if those characters were on different servers. (You have to be in the same region still though)
well I’ll be darned.
I have a horde character parked there to buy the thing…just got curious. Sure enough it let me send the gear from a horde character thru the mail to an alliance character.
Cool!
