I am missing it on all toons and also the Nat Pagle rep.
What can I do to get Bliz to fix it?
In addition, although I have submitted all of the ways to upgrade my harpoon and nets with the Tuskars, it will not give me the achievement on three of them.

The raft was moved to the toy box.

I buy Pandaria fishing on all my characters as soon as they reach the level where they can, and put the raft on their toolbar. It’s very convenient, no need to buy mount equipment if crossing bodies of water is what you want.
OP, I suggest you start a separate thread concerning Tuskarr achievements.

I should have mentioned that I know that and it is not in my toy collection. I even tried messing around with all of the filter combinations. It is not on any toon and all my Nat Pagle rep is gone too, so I can’t even just go buy another one.

Suddenly none of my alts can use the raft even though my main has bought the toy and spent the time grinding rep with Pat Nagel to get it. I made sure they had Pandaria fishing, but they still can’t use the toy and they should be able to use it! Does Blizzard expect me to grind fishing reputation with all my 20 alts so they can use this raft now? I’m so upset, this is wrong!!!
Also, I placed 3 of my alts with my main in the warband so they supposedly share reputation and they still cannot use the anglers fishing raft toy!
