Same issue here. Fragments of light on Normal trucked my guild on multiple pulls last night.

We also got wiped by Fragment of Hope. Fragment of Hope is a mythic only mechanic, you can only see it in the mythic level dungeon journal (and itâs not mentioned in the normal/heroic wowhead guide).
This was likely introduced in the hotfix yesterday, when changes were made to Fragment of Hope.
